I’m the Founder and CEO of Visory, an AI powered financial back-office platform. We are on a mission to turn accurate financial data into clear insights and confident decisions for growing businesses.

I helped scale Findex, a family-founded business, into one of Australia and New Zealand’s largest professional services groups - growing in my time from 40 staff to more than 3,000 people in over 110 locations.

My work focuses on redesigning service operating models around emerging AI technology, and I write about what actually works as services shift from human-led to system-led. I spend a lot of time inside the real tensions of this shift, and how leaders can navigate that transition with clarity, empathy, and accountability.

Outside of work, I love to paint, play poker, and spent many years as an amateur footballer.
